Brother, there was no necessity for marriage for her to remember the things. and if Hazrat Muhammad was some super-human sent by God who could perform miracles, I don’t think that such person’s memory could get weak, one of my Muslim friend told? me that your prophets could even speak animal languages. Allah asking him to marry is just an excuse.
@U5011453 Muhammad(PBUH) married a 9 years old girl who was the daughter? of his best friend because he use to get Wahi (message from Allah) through Gibrail AS and Wahi was supposed to be saved in the form of Quran..but in his Last years Muhammads memory wasnt so good so he was told by Allah to marry 9 years Old daughter of his friend ABU BAKAR since she had a good memory and she use to remember the accurate words Delivered by the Gabriel which later got written as Quran..Allah Hu Akbar!
