Adventure Base Camp
The buzz of the weekend centers on the Adventure Base Camp. It is located in downtown Aspen at the Aspen Mountain Gondola Plaza, and will be open Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. At Base Camp, participants meet their guides each morning and exhibitors keep the action going all day with music, demonstrations, food, family activities, a beer garden and gear displays.
Symposium Adventure Saves the World presented by Triumph Motorcycles
As part of the weekend, Outside magazine editors will moderate a compelling discussion with elite athletes, entitled The Role of Explorers and Athletes in Social Activism and Philanthropy.

Train and race alongside Outside editors and pro-Triathlete and Ironman Jesse Thomas on this spectacular course, perfect for beginner triathletes and seasoned racers looking to compete on a short but challenging course. Three courses are offered:
????Triathlon (swim, bike, run) The race starts with an 800-yard pool swim at the Aspen
????????Recreation Centers 25-yard pool, followed by a 17-mile bike leg up Maroon Creek Road to
????????the Maroon Bells for a 1,500-foot elevation gain, and finishes with a four-mile run around the
